​The LinkedIn Learning course Managing Teams dives into essential strategies for leading and supporting a successful team. It teaches how to set clear goals, delegate tasks fairly, and improve communication to create a safe and productive environment. The course also explores how to develop team members, adapt to diverse work settings, and balance the roles of a coach, protector, and role model—all tools that I continue to use in my roles.
S.I.M Inco
​I founded Students in Mind Incorporated after noticing how many college students struggle to keep their spaces clean due to packed schedules. These living areas often go neglected, even though students spend about 50% of their time there. Through this business, I aim to provide cleaning services and highlight how maintaining a tidy space can improve brain function, focus, and overall productivity.
Interstellar Graphics
​I launched Interstellar Graphics Design Business to showcase the skills I’ve developed over the past four years, with 75% of my roles involving design work. Visual communication is crucial—whether marketing a brand or raising awareness—since people are drawn to what they see before engaging further. Graphic design enhances creativity, problem-solving, and communication in all areas of life. Through this business, I share my journey while providing accessible solutions for those who need flyers or logos but lack the expertise to create them.
